Permission to Hold a Party/Birthday at Herzliya Park/Glil Yam/Beit Keynan

A. I hereby acknowledge that the following are strictly prohibited:

  • 1.  The use of inflatable facilities of any kind.
  • 2.  The use of generators, electricity, gas.
  • 3. The use of sound systems and amplifiers, including speakers.
  • 4. Lighting fires/barbeques is permitted in the designated areas only.

B. I hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for:

  • 1. Collecting and disposing litter in bags.
  • 2.  Ensuring to leave the place tidy and organized at the end of the event.
  • 3. To prevent any noise, in accordance with the hours of rest law.
C. Herzliya Municipality shall not be held liable for the contents and/or damage to private/bodily property during our stay in the Park. We kindly ask that you supervise the children. If there are fitness facilities on site – please remember that they are not intended for use by children.
